Privacy Policy

1. What we process

Car Wrap may process your email address, account and profile information, prompts, uploaded car photos, generated-result links, subscription and quota information, language and theme preferences, and technical/security information needed to operate the service.

2. Why we process it

We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide AI generations, enforce quotas, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers

Uploaded images are sent to Magic Hour for AI processing. Authentication and application data are handled through Supabase. Payments and subscription management are handled through Whop. The application is hosted through Vercel infrastructure. Google services are used for the site's language translation feature. We do not currently use Google Analytics; if optional analytics are introduced, they will be enabled only according to the site's consent mechanism.

4. Image and prompt retention

Car Wrap does not use Supabase Storage for the AI generation upload path currently used by the service. Uploaded images are transferred to Magic Hour for processing. Magic Hour states that uploaded assets are deleted within seven days. Generated assets can be retained by Magic Hour until deleted through its system. Car Wrap does not currently promise a fixed retention period for generated third-party assets.

5. Payments

Payment details are processed by Whop. Car Wrap does not need to store your full payment-card details.

6. Cookies and local storage

Necessary storage may be used for authentication, security, language, theme preferences and consent preferences. Optional analytics or other non-essential trackers require the consent required by applicable law.

7. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside France or the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used by the relevant provider.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact CarWrap.contact@gmail.com.

9. Account deletion

You can request deletion directly from Settings. Car Wrap will delete the account and service records it controls, except information that must be retained by law or for security, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Third-party providers remain subject to their own retention and deletion rules.

10. Children

For consent-based processing in France, users under 15 require the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

11. Changes

We may update this policy when our service or legal obligations change.
