1. About Car Wrap

Car Wrap is a France-based service providing AI-assisted automotive visualization tools. Visuals are previews and concepts only and are not engineering, safety, legal, roadworthiness or professional automotive advice.

2. Eligibility

In France, people aged 15 or over may consent independently to consent-based personal-data processing for online information services. Where a younger user requires parental authorization under applicable law, that authorization must be obtained.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for using the service lawfully.

4. AI generations

Generations are provided according to the limits shown in your active plan. Availability may depend on third-party providers and technical outages.

5. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions are billed through Whop: Pro Monthly is €8.99/month and Pro Yearly is €89.99/year. Cancellation through Whop stops renewal while access normally continues through the period already paid. Refund requests are handled through Whop's Resolution Center and are subject to applicable law and the refund policy applicable to the purchase.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Car Wrap for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, sexually explicit, violent or unsafe content, or to bypass quotas or security. You must have permission for photos and other material you upload.

7. Your content and generated visuals

You remain responsible for your inputs and rights in them. Paid-plan users may use generated visuals commercially, subject to third-party rights in their inputs and outputs.

8. Third parties

Car Wrap uses Supabase, Magic Hour, Whop, Vercel and Google services for parts of authentication, hosting, AI processing, payments and language tools. Their policies may also apply.

9. Availability and temporary capacity limits

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular AI result. The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, technical incidents, network failures, safety systems, third-party quota exhaustion or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. AI generation capacity may be exhausted temporarily, and new subscriptions may be paused while daily capacity is unavailable. AI visuals are previews and should not be relied on for safety or engineering decisions.

10. Account deletion

You can request deletion from Settings. Car Wrap will delete account data it controls, except information that must be retained by law or for security, accounting or dispute purposes. Third-party providers may retain information under their own policies.

11. Changes and contact

12. Governing law

French law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
